Mandarin Orange Martini

 

  • 4 oz fresh squeezed mandarin orange juice (strain pulp for clear cocktail – optional)
  • ½ oz orange liqueur
  • 2 oz vodka

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the orange juice, orange liqueur, and vodka in the shaker. Shake until well chilled. Serve in a martini glass.
